Summary: Harold and Amy's relationship takes a huge step forward, bringing Harold into uncharted territory.
Notes: We’ve come a long way, baby. TWO years ago today I got the idea out of nowhere for Harold and it's been a wild ride since then. Harold has been by far the most fun character I've ever had the pleasure of writing for and I absolutely adore having him as an OC that I share with the wonderfully talented @coindraws. Harold's journey from joke character to beloved comfort character has been such a trip and I've enjoyed every step along the way. With Harold I've experienced some ups, some downs, but I wouldn't change any of it. I'm so grateful for two years of writing for him, here's hoping for many more.
As for fic notes, this is a fic that's kinda special to me. I've been picking away at it for about a year, having reached a point where I hit a wall with it and just couldn't figure out how to get past it. Thanks to the absolutely wonderful @hannahsartlife for some help, advice, and pep talks to get me past that wall to finally finish this fic that's been in-progress for so long. The fic itself is based on this Reddit post about casual intimacy that just reminded me so much of Harold, I had to write this idea.

Oops, sorry for being silent these past few weeks but I was really busy due to university.
I’ll spare you the details but I just came back from a three day seminar
that was an absolute mess, where I barely got any sleep at all and also
had a mental breakdown during the night because some of my group
members didn’t understand what a group project is all about 🤪
The only thing that I need to do now is finish an essay and then I’m done with French uni for my bachelor’s degree 😩 Or at least I hope so, I really messed up one of my courses but I should be able to pass because I was so good in the other ones
If everything works out then I should be able to write my bachelor’s thesis this summer and graduate, so that I can start my master’s degree in September but it feels surreal because I don’t have the feeling that I actually studied. Three out of my five semesters have been online and I didn’t really learn much in France, tbh. Can’t wait to go back to German uni, I still have to write an essay that I postponed during my second semester back in 2020 but everything is better than what uni was like in France if I’m being honest.
I’ll move back to Germany in April and then I’m onto my last semester, but until that happens I’m basically off of university, thank God.
I still love sdv, though, so I’ll stick around some more in this fandom
